Key Stage 3

You may have heard that the KS3 SATs test is no longer a requirement in schools in Year 9. This is however being replaced with teacher assessments to enable schools to continue to monitor and assess pupils.

Be reassured that our KS3 Revision Guides and Workbooks continue to provide your child with adequate preparation for these assessments.

We also have a new range of KS3 Coursebooks that are available by year, with accompanying Workbooks providing questions grouped by attainment level so that children can track their progress within each topic.

Ed Ball also advised that the 2009 SATs test were available to schools who wished to continue to use the papers for their own assessment purposes. Our class sets of English, Maths and Science papers are an excellent way to prepare your child for the assessments, highlighting areas of strengthen and weakness.

If you have any queries about which resources your child needs at KS3, please email us at enquiries@lettsandlonsdale.com and we will be happy to help and advise you.
